Acceptable Wear & Tear - even a brand-new item may show gentle signs of being handled. When a dress is tried on or packaged/unpackaged to ship, it is reasonable to expect some signs of acceptable wear and tear during these actions. As each gown purchased has been a Sample in a bridal store, the buyer is to assume that there will be some wear and tear on the gown. Signs of wear and tear are able to be remedied whether by the buyer, spot clean (not dry cleaning) or your alterations person.

- Loose/clear threads throughout the gown
- strings, fuzz, glitter
- marks inside the gown, neckline or straps from hangers, makeup or self-tanner (not visible from the outside)
- dust on the hem, on the train or under the train
- missing or loosened buttons, beads, or gems
