Please note that all Bridal Gowns are "All Sales Final" and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Prepurchase Checklist for success!
- Golden Rule to Remember- BRIDAL SIZES are different than regular clothes. Use measurements to determine fit!
- We highly encourage that you get your measurements taken by a professional.
- You CAN take in a gown, you CANNOT make it grow. Err on the side of caution, ALWAYS
- Ask all the questions, study all the pictures, be confident in your purchase.
- Need more? Ask more questions and ask for more pictures. Be 100% when you say Yes!
In purchasing a sample bridal gown, you understand that this garment has been tried on before. Professional cleaning and tailoring should be anticipated. By purchasing a gown online, you understand that you are purchasing the gown sight-unseen and all sales are final. The submission of your order fully acknowledges your agreement to this Return/Refund policy.
Acceptable Wear & Tear - even a brand-new item may show gentle signs of being handled. When a dress is tried on or packaged/unpackaged to ship, it is reasonable to expect some signs of acceptable wear and tear during these actions.
As each gown purchased has been a Sample in a bridal store, the buyer is to assume that there will be some wear and tear on the gown. Signs of wear and tear are able to be remedied whether by the buyer, spot clean (not dry cleaning) or your alterations person.
Examples:
- Wrinkles
- loose threads, clear threads throughout the gown
- internal marks on the lining or underlayers that are not visible while worn
- strings, fuzz, extra fabric strips, glitter
- marks inside the gown, neckline or straps from hangers, makeup or self-tanner (not visible from the outside)
- dust on the hem, on the train or under the train
- missing or loosened buttons, beads, or gems
For this reason we urge you to ask all the questions and for all the pictures, till you are undeniably, 100% sure prior to purchase.
Cancellations
Any purchase cancellation requests must be made, in writing, within 3 HOURS of the time of purchase. Any requests past this timeframe cannot be guaranteed as the item may have already been handed off to the shipping carrier.
Exchanges
We do not offer an exchange service for any products at this time.
We are not liable for these issues:
- Items that do not fit, measurements are provided on each listing for you to confirm prior to purchase.
- Cancelled, Rescheduled, Downgraded weddings or change of formality/theme.
- Buyers Remorse in any fashion of the term.
- Products are damaged by misuse or mishandling by the buyer.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
In the event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days from the original order date with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition if the item was damaged. Then, send the item back to us in the original packaging (so long as it is suitable for shipping) within 7 days of receiving the item with the label provided by Ready to Wed. We will issue process the refund within 10-14 business days after receiving the item and verifying that it was damaged in transit. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

How Misrepresented Items are Refunded
For misrepresented items, we refund the price paid for the returned item(s) plus applicable taxes. We do not refund shipping fees, shipping insurance, or taxes paid on shipping. We will also deduct the restocking fee from the refund as outlined above
Misrepresented Item Refunds only begin once an item package has been returned back to us. Once inspected and confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 days (the actual processing time depends on your payment method and bank). We’ll email you a notification once we have inspected your returned item and processed the refund less any associated fees. It may take up to 14 days for your return to arrive and be inspected .
