Processing Time for Your Purchase

Orders orders placed shall be fulfilled in 48-72 hours from purchase. We thank you in advance for your understanding. 

Shipping Information 

We charge a flat rate of $50 per gown and $20 per accessory. Your purchase may be subject to additional shipping costs if you purchase(d) an item(s) that require additional shipping charges. We will contact you if there will be an additional shipping cost due to the size and/or weight of your item(s). All domestic shipments will be UPS Ground or via USPS. At this time, there is no option for rush delivery.

Shipping time differs for different places and different carriers. At this time we can only ship within the contiguous 48 States. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. We highly recommend a business address over a personal address, for your package to be shipped to (example: work address, moms work address, besties work address)

We work hard to ensure every package is delivered on time and in good condition, but once the package ships, we have little to no control over what happens to the package.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we are happy to see what we can do to help if something goes wrong in transit.

Before reaching out to us, we recommend double-checking your tracking number to confirm the status of your order, and depending on the status, we suggest the following:

Shows as Delivered: Always check with your neighbors, family members, roommates, leasing office/manager to see if the package was accepted or delivered to them (happens ALL the time).

In Transit: The carrier may have gotten delayed and updated their estimated delivery window. If the tracking status was updated recently, that usually means they are still working on it. You can reach out to the carrier directly to see if you can get an update but usually, they will refer you back to the online tracking system, just be prepared for that.

Out for Delivery: If your tracking status shows Out for Delivery, you should be receiving your package today or tomorrow. You can reach out to the carrier directly to see if you can get an update but usually, they will refer you back to the online tracking system.  We always ask for patience in these situations with the carriers.
